4th Grade Summer Reading List

In order to prepare for our adventures next year, we would like you to read a minimum of 3 books this summer!  The list below is not exclusive but attempts to provide choices for various reading abilities and interest.

 Keep a list of the books read on the form below to be turned in during the first week of school. A parent should sign the form for it to be accepted. Requirements

  1. Required rising 4th grade summer book club.  Sign up for ONE of the books from the following list.  Be prepared to discuss the book with students the first two weeks of school.

  2. Free Choice - Two additional books at your current grade level or above.

Please use the GAC Summer Reading Log to list the title and author for all books read this summer. Parents, please sign this form and send it with your child on the first day of school. Get started reading!

Henderson Media Center Summer Hours

There will be two dates this summer (see below) that students will be allowed to come to the Elementary Media Center and take AR tests on their summer reading if they wish. Attending these dates is completely optional. They serve as practice for those students who are interested.
