Returns & Exchanges

Prior to initiating a return please contact The Spartan Store at (770) 243-2370. Very often problems can often be resolved without incurring unnecessary postal charges. However, if it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:

  1. Returned goods must be in their original packaging, with labels still attached.
  2. Receipt for purchase must accompany return.
  3. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  4. Books purchased for GACS classes are not returnable.
  5. Items listed in our Special Offers or Clearance sections are not refundable. Sale items or Special incentive items with “red” ink mark cannot be returned.
  6. Goods must be in new condition, that is, unused and unmarked.
  7. Cost associated with shipping the returned items are not refundable. They are at your own expense.

We encourage you to bring your child with you when shopping for uniforms. This could help in making the correct size purchases. We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers - our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

About Returns & Exchanges

You can return item(s) either by mail or in store.

RETURNING BY MAIL (U.S.)

If you have an account or an order number, you can start your return now. If you don't have an account or you're missing order information, you can print a blank return form and label. Complete the form and send in your item(s) using a U.S. postage label. Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURNING IN STORE

Simply bring the item(s) you'd like to return along with your receipt and original form of payment. Any salesperson can assist you with your return.

EXCHANGES

For the best service and selection, please order your replacement items online or call (770)243-2370 for assistance.

REFUNDS

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment or a Spartan Store Gift Card. When returning a gift, you'll receive your refund only on a Spartan Store Gift Card. If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. If you paid with a Gift Card we'll mail you a Gift Card. If a credit card was used in combination with a Gift Card the entire merchandise amount will be refunded to your credit card. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards can't be returned.

FINE JEWELRY AND WATCHES

Please follow the instructions included in your shipment and fill out the return section of the packing slip when returning fine jewelry by mail. Return your package via the carrier of your choice, with return signature required. For your protection, you must insure the package for the value of the item enclosed. Fine jewelry can also be returned to the Spartan Store on Greater Atlanta Christian School’s campus.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently the Spartan Store does not have an international shipping policy.

Your receipt or order number helps us locate your purchase the fastest. If you don't have a receipt, we should be able to find the purchase in other ways, but we may ask you for more information so we can better assist with your request. Top

We will do our best to take care of customers and deal with them fairly; we ask that our customers treat us fairly as well. From time to time we may not accept a return. There is a time limit of 30 days for returns or exchanges. Top

Are there restocking fees?

At this time there are no restocking fee. Top

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
